This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has air conditioning and is equipped with two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of two twin and two bathrooms (one of them is en suite). One of the bedrooms has a mezzanine area with a single bed. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning. The villa has also Internet connection (Wi-Fi).

Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace running around one side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals. There is a lawn area with a prefab swimming pool which is available for the clients use and a bonus with those clients with small children as the pool is raised and can only be accessed via an adult.
