From its uncrowded countryside setting, CÂ’an Picarol enjoys wonderfully open views towards the mountains of the Formentor Peninsula and the Alcúdia promontory. What makes its location even more desirable is its proximity to the sea, for it is just 800 metres from here to the narrow sandy beach that runs almost the entire length of the Bay of Pollença.

The house itself is compact but very comfortable, offering ideal accommodation for couples and smaller families. An attractive corner fireplace and quality soft furnishings make the lounge particularly cosy and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a modern, stainless steel cooker and a traditional stone sink. Villa Alexandria is built into the hillside overlooking the valley which leads up from the sea at Cala Molins and accessed by a steep dirt track drive.

The single storey villa enjoys wonderful views and a large lawn area at the back of the house.

The main entrance of the house is via some steps and the main door leads straight to the hall area where immediately we can find a shower room, one twin bedroom and the open breakfast bar kitchen with a dining area and a separate lounge area totally equipped with sofas and satellite TV. A corridor takes us to the other rooms which consist of one double and one twin bedrooms sharing one interconnected full bathroom.

Outside, there is a semi circular swimming pool partly surrounded with a large lawn area.

This new built finca in majorcan style is situated in the north-east of the island. The house offers you a comfortable and friendly atmosfere for until 8 persons. A pretty cottage in a tranquil part of the countryside just outside the old town of Pollenca, near the Puig Maria mountain Casa Santuiri is a brilliant hideaway, down a country lane with a private pool and tropical garden - but it's still within walking distance from Pollenca and an easy drive to the sea at Puerto Pollenca.

Inside, the house has been re-designed in Mallorcan style. The cosy rooms have white walls, tiled floors and classic furniture. There's an open-plan living area and kitchen. Sa Torre is a magnificent property with a spacious, new landhouse.
