On-line-BuchThe apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area.
The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The utility room that houses the washing machine is also located next to the kitchen and has access to the rear of the block where the swimming pool is.
Stairs are giving access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of one master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite full bathroom, and two further rooms (one twin and one bunk beds) sharing another bathroom with a shower unit. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The building has a communal swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers around. We must say that this apartment is ideal for families with children wishing to be in the town but not far from all the amenities.
